We’re on an exciting journey to partner with over 600 thriving practices by 2027, and we’re looking for a New Business Partner Co-ordinator to help us get there. What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and connecting with high-quality new partner practices. Your focus will be to create a strong pipeline of opportunities, initiate conversations, and hand over qualified prospects to our New Business and Operations Teams for a smooth and successful launch.
You will:
- Research and identify potential new partner clinics — from independent optical and hearing practices to multi-disciplinary health providers.
- Build a pipeline of “clusters” of locations that align with our recruitment plans for Audiologists.
- Use CRM systems to manage and track leads, ensuring every opportunity is progressed.
- Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and materials that inspire and attract potential partners.
- Make initial contact via email, post and outbound calls, and follow up to secure meetings.
- Coordinate efficient handovers to operations, ensuring each new partner’s launch is seamless.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Adaptable, with experience in telesales, customer service or B2B pipeline management.
- Confident in building rapport over the phone and able to adapt conversations as needed.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- An articulate communicator, both written and verbal.
Salary & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
- Monthly Target Bonus (based on a 4-week month)
What Success Looks Like
- Securing 5 partner meetings per week for the New Business Team.
- Maintaining a well-organised, up-to-date CRM with clear follow-up actions.
- Helping accelerate our partner acquisition to keep pace with our Audiologist recruitment.
