Our Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care franchise in St Albans is seeking a talented Dispensing Assistant to join our friendly, professional team.

You’ll be working with world-renowned brands including Lindberg, Cutler & Gross, Orgreen and Face à Face, as well as supporting our dedicated clinics in myopia management, dry eye, and audiology.

The Role

As a Dispensing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting practice growth whilst ensuring every patient receives outstanding care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Supporting the branch in meeting performance targets and business objectives.
• Assisting with strategies that enhance branch growth.
• Working closely with a motivated team to maintain exceptional service standards.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Dispensing Assistant with:

• A strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
• 2+ Years experience
