Location: Remote (two roles available – one North UK, one South UK)
Salary: Up to £30,000
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Reports To: Area Manager
We are delighted to be recruiting two Regional Clinic Events Coordinators – one covering the North of the UK and one covering the South of the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing healthcare organisation and play a key role in delivering engaging, high-impact events that help patients access the very best in hearing care.
About the Role
As a Regional Clinic Events Coordinator, you will take responsibility for planning, organising, and delivering hearing care open days across multiple optical partner locations. Working closely with Area Managers, Hearing Aid Dispensers (HADs), and local partners, you will ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard – driving patient engagement, raising awareness, and helping to make The Hearing Care Partnership the audiology provider of choice.
You will also lead local marketing initiatives, collaborating with our central marketing team to promote events and increase community awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan and manage all logistics for hearing care open days, including launch and re-launch events.
Work with Area Managers and HADs to align schedules and objectives.
Produce detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with optical partners and their teams on event set-up, marketing requirements, and patient flow.
Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and clear on their responsibilities.
Marketing & Promotion
Work with the marketing team to design and distribute event materials (posters, digital assets, outreach content).
Support targeted outreach to encourage patient attendance.
Lead on local marketing initiatives to boost awareness.
On-the-Day Management
Provide practical, hands-on event coordination, supporting teams and resolving issues.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and report on event attendance, bookings, and conversions.
Deliver post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
Support HADs with patient follow-up activity.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to travel regionally to support events (all expenses covered).
