I wanted to join THCP company mainly because of the emphasis on high-quality patient care backed up by various testing procedures, such as tympanometry and speech testing. The wider range of testing available means that, as audiologists, we can make a more informed decision about the best path to take regarding the patient’s care, which leads to better results for all of our patients. The induction period of all new starters is also well structured. We all spent a week at the head office in Farnham, understanding the history and vision of the overall business, followed by three weeks of shadowing with colleagues. This was an essential part of the induction as it allowed us to become familiar with the processes and feel comfortable delivering the best possible service in clinics.
