The Role:

As an Area Manager, you will lead and support multiple branches, driving performance and profitability. You’ll guide Branch Managers to create customer-focused environments, while ensuring consistent delivery of our top-tier services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Branch Managers to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

• Develop teams by identifying training needs and personal growth opportunities.

• Lead business innovation meetings to implement growth strategies across branches.

• Monitor performance using KPIs to ensure branch profitability and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience in optical retail (essential).

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth.

• Excellent communication & leadership Skills.

• Passion for customer satisfaction.
