Since joining THCP, my role has evolved thanks to the knowledge and experiences of my colleagues. They offer constant encouragement to listen effectively to the people who approach us for support and provide suitable and flexible solutions based on their wants and needs.

At the branch I work at, the engagement around Hearing care has been fantastic from the start, and it's clear the Optometrists I work with have a passion for helping their patients with both optics and hearing. This is a great example of how Opticians and Hearing care can work side-by-side. Thank you to the team!

The main reason for wanting to join the company was the emphasis on high quality patient care which is backed up with various testing procedures such as tympanometry and speech testing. The wider range of testing available means as audiologists we can make a more informed decision on the best path to take regarding the patient's care which leads to better results for all of our patients.

I was encouraged to join The Hearing Care Partnership in 2023 because of the ability to offer a personal touch to clients. I had concerns it might be a target-driven approach (which isn’t me). However, I have time to spend with people, offering tests that are unavailable on the High Street. I’m able to deliver high-quality care, tailored to individual needs because of the in-built flexibility of being in control of my diary.
