We are now seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team.
The Role:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing social-first campaign ideas, guiding and monitoring our presence across multiple social media platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Create, plan, and implement social media campaigns that align with business objectives. Drive new initiatives based on market segments to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Content Strategy: Create, produce, and deliver engaging content using scheduling tools. Develop, launch, and manage competitions that promote our brand to new audiences.
- Community Engagement: Optimise content to encourage community interaction and engagement. Manage and facilitate communities, working closely with our Customer Services team to respond to social media posts.
- Tracking Performance: Analyse campaign data to measure success and optimise campaigns.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work with marketing, creative, sales, and other teams to develop ideas and take wider teams on the journey.
- Building Relationships: Work with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and partners.
- Managing Budgets: Allocate resources and manage campaign budgets and timelines, executing and implementing changes to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Project Management: Ensure campaigns are delivered to the target audience on time, within budget, and in the most effective manner.
- Communicating Results: Present campaign performance to stakeholders across the company. Monitor and react to metrics and reports to enable senior management to understand activity and take necessary actions.
- Competitor Analysis: Identify consumer trends that could impact future campaigns and analyse competitor activity. Stay updated with the latest media trends, tools, and techniques.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure campaigns comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Marketing Efficiencies: Identify opportunities to establish and document processes and structures for future business development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally in healthcare or retail
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Expertise in social media platforms and content creation
- A creative and innovative approach to digital marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
